excellent hotel stay
beautiful garden clean room helpful team nice spa
The hotel's design resembles a beautiful garden. the room was lovely and clean. i was especially impressed with the assistance from the lost and found team. Ravi, sk, and hasnan helped me locate my ring and offered to send it to the airport, a commendable gesture. the room service and spa services were quite nice as well.
The bedroom was a bit small and there was a slight lack of clothes storage space. the tea and coffee facilities only provided enough for a single cup each. These were not replenished for the second morning.

small shower limited thermostat
the location was good , offering easy access to nearby attractions.
i was quite disappointed that the thermostat in my room didn't go below 20 degrees. the showers were also a bit small , i hit my back on the water lever. a bidet in the toilet made the usable space smaller.

I found the hotel to be quite excellent. i appreciated that the toilet included a premium filtered water tap. the breakfast buffet at peppermint had generous options. Western and local choices were available. the collection club king room was spacious.

the collection club king room offered ample space and a beautiful view. the long console table proved useful for organizing belongings. Most hotels lack such a feature. the breakfast at peppermint included a satisfying spread, with western and local options. the collection club lounge provided great service from the team.

Decent stay, some minor issues
excellent location mrt access buffet breakfast basic room mold issue high cost
I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. there were many options. the location is excellent. It is easy to take the mrt. i also liked that i could easily go to shopping malls undercover.
the rooms are quite basic compared to other hotels i have stayed in. they look mass produced. i found mold around the handheld shower head. this was disappointing for the cost of the room.
